Are you longing for change in your professional life, but you don’t know what to do instead?

You keep thinking about it, probably scrolling down job ads on LinkedIn, but nothing ever convinces you. Because whatever the job ad says you get this feeling that it will just be the same, or slightly worse than your current job. So this means that if you are on one side thinking “I want to change job, I’m dying of boredom here“, and your subconscious is at the same time thinking “It’s too dangerous to change jobs I need security” these two thoughts will just cancel themselves, and you will be stuck….doing nothing.

And how do we then get out of it? Well, the trick is to work on aligning our subconscious mind (which is actually the major part of our mind), with your conscious mind. So that they work in the same direction and instead of blocking you, your subconscious will cheer you on with supporting thoughts like “I can do anything I put my mind to”. Doing so will completely unblock you and you will be free to shape your life in a conscious way.

So how do I align my subconscious mind you might ask? And maybe you didn’t even think about the fact that you have a subconscious mind before reading this post. The best way BY FAR to work on the subconscious mind that I’ve come across is called Rapid Transformation Therapy, or RTT. the technique is using hypnosis to put us in a very relaxed state where you’re very close in contact with your subconscious, so that you can dialogue with it and change all the non-supportive thougths and beliefs for supportive ones. It’s quick and it’s amazingly efficient.
